The service was very good as we had expected. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff was excellent and respectful and responsive to requests. The location was amazing, not far from a restaurant and the nicest areas in Istanbul.

This place is centrally located, near the Tophane tram station, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants; the food here is plentiful and tasty!

The property was overall clean and nicely decorated and the location was magnificent. There were a mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control in the room, loved that. The beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and nicely decorated, the services provided were excellent including free Wi-Fi.

The room was equipped with a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control 📺. I really liked having a bathtub in the bathroom; it was pretty functional and made my stay even more comfortable.

The marvellous and absolutely incredible location for the price, not far from the Museum of Innocence, Taksim and Galata Tower, and the key sights in Istanbul as well as larger shopping streets. Beautifully designed room with super comfy beds and all the amenities, as for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Everything was brand-new and greatly enjoyed my stay there. Very central location was a plus. - Taksim district was definitely worth visiting. - the staff was incredibly nice and absolutely kind during all this time.

The hotel provided us with a well-decorated and stylish room, which was fresh, clean, and had comfortable beds. the presence of a desk in the room was a great advantage, as it allowed us to set up a work area for the day. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making it a pleasant experience overall.

The sound isolation in the hotel was not the best, as we had to sleep with earplugs to drown out the noise. the window in our room faced the breakfast area, and we would have appreciated having black curtains to block out the disturbing light.
